Chair Dickerson called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Review of a Planned Development Permit (PD2022-0015) for Barcellus Senior Housing LLC to construct an 80-unit senior affordable apartment complex and Density Bonus on a 2.4-acre site in a PD/R-3 (Planned Development /High-Density Residential) district. The project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 (Class 32 – Infill Development Projects).
